VCDS Support...
When purchasing a
VCDS cable
from us at VAG Diagnostics Ltd all our customers are automatically
entitled to unlimited support via email (or phone if needed) to help
them set-up and use our VCDS cables and software. Our email helpdesk
is open between 8am and 8pm, 7 days a week.
This means you can contact us about anything to do with using the cable
on your vehicle, i.e. how to enable specific features, how to data-log
engine variables, how to test car systems etc. We have been working in
the VAG diagnostics field for years and are experts in the use of VCDS
cables and software as it's the only thing we do!
Each cable comes complete with a step-by-step installation instructions
and a digital copy of the Ross-Tech VCDS 11.11.3 user guide to help you get
the best out of the cable.
We are the only company to offer our VCDS cables, and the only
company that provides unlimited support for our products. With this in
mind don't be tempted by the cheap Chinese copies on eBay from sellers
that offer no support and products that don't work.
VCDS Software...
Our VCDS cables are
manufactured by us and are an exact replica of the Ross
Tech's cable apart from they can only be used with the supplied versions
of VCDS 11.11.3 software. Our software is exactly the same as Ross Tech's
version apart from our cables are coded specifically to work with our
software. Due to this, do not try to use our cables with any other
software (even from Ross Tech) as this can permanently damage the cable.
Our VCDS 11.11.3 software runs on both 32 and 64 bit
versions of Windows XP, Vista, and 7.We provide full support on setting
up the cables on each of these systems. Your laptop only needs a USB
port, no other special hardware is needed.
Don't worry if your laptop does not have a CD drive all our customers can
download the
software below, Also, if your CD drive cannot take mini CD's we can
also supply the software on a full size CD.

All customers of VAG
Diagnostics Ltd can download the software to use with our VCDS cables
from the links below. We provide both 32bit (most Windows PC's) and
64bit (for use with newer 64bit windows systems) versions. Please note, customers
should only use the software version that comes with
the cable, see below for details:

Please email us to for the password to open the zip files. All our
customers are entitled to download and use this software.
Please note, some virus scanners (F-Secure/AVG) have been known to
flag up the VCDS software as having
a virus. This is a false positive and is due to the software containing
a keygen to register the cable. If this happens, please
disable/uninstall your virus scanner and/or install a more reliable free virus scanner such
as avast!

Security Essentials. Our VCDS software is completely safe and virus
free, and all other virus scanners confirm this.
